BYTE BACKGROUND
Byte Behaviour was founded in 2017 by Daniel Solomons.
Daniel is a collaboration expert who has mastered the science and art of human connection.
From his first performance as The Great Danielli at the tender age of 12, Daniel has always had a talent for connecting with people. This love of human connection developed through playing in bands, acting in plays and directing musicals. And it continued to grow throughout his career at some of the world’s biggest media agencies and media owners. Including Google.
At Google Daniel discovered a passion for collaborative learning, founding the Google Digital Academy team that delivered transformative programmes for over 20,000 people from Google’s most important EMEA clients. And it was at Google that he developed the expertise in collaborative leadership and culture that inspired him to create Byte Behaviour.
Beyond his professional work, Daniel has learned much about leadership, collaboration and connection through watching Arsenal FC, (still) playing in bands, observing nature, travelling, and from organising some of the best parties in London.
